Each ChiBall is a soft, spongy 15 cm inflatable ball, infused with the aroma of its matching ChiAroma. ChiBalls are easy to inflate and deflate, and are used in every phase of a ChiBall class – Tai Chi–Qi Gong, dance, yoga, Pilates, ChiBall Release and relaxation. Anti-burst tested to 250 kg.
